Lindsay Martin and his wife Norma started the firm of Selwood Funeral Directors in 1974. It is now the oldest established, independent, family-owned and run funeral directors in Angus. Over the years we have out-grown two premises, and in 1986 opened our existing office at 77-79 Dundee Street, Carnoustie, with a service room seating 90 mourners, two rest rooms and purpose-built mortuary.
Selwood is a member of the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD), the British Institute of Funeral Directors (BIFD) and the Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors (SAIF).
