24-hour Services

The telephone is personally answered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Arranging a funeral

A funeral director will call at your home when convenient to you, and make all the necessary arrangements, or if you prefer to meet with the funeral director to discuss the arrangements, we have a private lounge to do so.

We can arrange for any type of religious funeral service regardless of denomination, or a civil ceremony.

Transfer of the deceased

This can be from any place of death within the UK to our rest rooms.

Repatriation Service

When required, repatriation from abroad can be arranged, taking care of all documentation.

Rest Rooms

Our rest rooms are available at both premises for family to view their loved ones.

Service Rooms

Our service rooms have seating for 90 (in Carnoustie) or 50 (in Monifieth). Both are equipped with an organ and have the facility for playing CDs or audio cassettes. A PA system is available at the Carnoustie Service Rooms to accommodate further mourners in the foyer if necessary.

Other Services

The funeral director will contact the minister, priest or other person who is to take the service, they will place intimations in the newspaper, order flowers, book a hotel for the reception, order limousines, supply Order of Service sheets, and pay gratuities (e.g. a donation to the church) and fees to the organist and church officer, on your behalf.
